As CEO of Embrace Pet Insurance, over the last 5+ years, he’s led the company through rapid growth, and multiple M&A transactions including the acquisition by JAB Holding Company in 2023. His expertise spans customer acquisition, operational scaling, and M&A strategy.

Prior to Embrace, Macias held key leadership roles at Quicken Loans (Rocket Mortgage) and National General Insurance, where he honed his skills in building high-performing teams and driving profitability. Known for his customer-centric approach and commitment to company culture, he excels at transforming businesses into industry leaders.

Brian resides in Cleveland with his wife, two daughters, and their Labrador, JoJo.
