Candis Curd is currently the Director of Digital Strategy and Transformation at Unum. She has a rich history of successfully launching products and new organizations from zero-to-one, infusing emerging technologies into user experiences and business operations, and transforming organizations into being agile and product-centric.
Prior to Unum, Candis spent time at Amazon leading efforts to refine the strategic direction for growth initiatives in their middle mile transportation organization, targeting supply and resource planning in North America and Europe. She spent many years in consulting and professional services, as the Practice Lead at Strive (now Launch) Consulting where she managed their Atlanta consulting workforce and led product-focused initiatives for retail clients, and at Accenture as a Solution Architect and Delivery Manager in a trusted advisor capacity for cross-industry initiatives.
Candis holds degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Spelman College and Georgia Institute of Technology and lives in Atlanta with her baseball-loving teenage son and feisty Airedale Terrier.
