He currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Hippo Insurance, where he drives scalable processes, operational excellence, and team performance. Since joining Hippo in 2019, he has led key functions across operations, learning and development, and employee engagement. Previously, Eric spent more than a decade at Farmers Insurance in roles spanning claims, marketing, sales leadership, and training.
