Enhancing the Customer Journey To Drive Engagement And Increase Trust

9:30 AM FIRESIDE CHAT: Getting Your Employees Ready For The New Digital and AI Era

Successful digital transformations have to focus on three areas: people, process, and technology. Although each pillar is important, there has been a significant impact on employees in recent years due to advancements in AI (Gen, AI, LLMs, NLP), redundancy of old roles, changes to in-office/hybrid from Covid, as well as an aging workforce. When looking at all these factors, it is important for insurers to ensure that digital transformations are not only focused on technology and process efficiencies, but also provide a better company culture and employee experience. Join this fireside chat as we discuss such employee focused conversations as:

  • Information seeking: Working with each business unit to identify valuable resources, while improving gaps in knowledge
  • Supportive Technology: Identifying technologies that can enhance worker productivity and ease their workload
  • Change Management: Ensuring your employees are not just keeping up but feeling comfortable and confident with new processes and technology
  • Embracing Next Gen Technology: Flexible AI guidelines to encourage exploration and innovation of AI tools (LLMs, Gen AI, etc.) while guarding against their known risks

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Jennifer.
