Jeremy Coffman is a transformative business development leader, with a track record in forging C-suite level relationships that propel organizations into the forefront of profitable growth. In his prior role with Farmers Insurance Group, Jeremy oversaw a division managing key strategic relationships that support Farmers agency owners with revenue and lead successes. Jeremy also leads the third-party carrier distribution vertical, managing national relationships including eight of the top ten Personal Lines carriers in the United States.

His leadership extended to effective collaboration with Zurich and Zurich North America, resulting in successful cross-organizational synergies. During his prior tenure with Munich Re, Jeremy actively led teams, facilitating knowledge sessions to identify synergist business relationships and profitable top line growth via marketing plans that capitalized on market-specific growth opportunities.

An enthusiastic and inspirational speaker, Jeremy often presents to C-Suite executives on the power of transformative success. He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed the Executive Leadership Management program at Stanford in 2022.
