John Poucher has been working in Property & Casualty Insurance for over 17 years. He's an insurtech veteran who's been involved in the next generation of insurance products for over a decade. John currently serves as VP of Agency Distribution at Coterie Insurance where he leads Distribution strategy and plays a pivotal role in the company's growth. His keen understanding of insurance distribution has helped 15x the company's growth since he joined. Before Coterie, he worked in leadership positions at several MGAs and wholesalers. John was a founding employee at a restructured First Connect Insurance where he helped lead the company to an exit in just 18 months. A former professional golfer, John lives in California with his wife and children.
