Megan Bell leads marketing, communications, and customer experience at Falvey Insurance Group, bringing nearly eight years of industry expertise and a dynamic background in consumer-packaged goods. She is the creator of Women at the Helm and InsHER, both award-nominated initiatives amplifying women’s voices in insurance. A 2025 RISE LEAD Award finalist and recipient of the 2024 ACORD Women’s Insurance Advancement Award, Megan is committed to equity, mentorship, and inclusion. She serves on multiple boards and committees, including ISC Group, IMCA, and IICF and holds a B.A. in English Communications and Spanish from Emmanuel College.
