Naeill Leigh

SVP, Strategy & Transformation Lincoln Financial Group

Naeill Leigh is Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy and Transformation for Lincoln Financial’s Workplace Solutions business. In this role, Leigh is responsible for partnering across the enterprise, executing Workplace Solutions strategy, and identifying innovations that drive future growth.

Leigh joined Lincoln Financial in 2023 from MetLife where he was most recently the U.S. Business Chief of Staff. In his previous role, Leigh led strategy projects and technology programs, collaborating across the company’s U.S. business and helping to prioritize the most impactful work and execute a new strategy for a global team, aligning resources, technology and goals. Earlier in his career, Leigh worked at McKinsey, leading various large-scale transformation and strategic initiatives across technology and financial services for clients. Leigh also held product management, sales and engineering roles at Cisco.

Leigh holds degrees in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of New South Wales and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Originally from Western Australia, Leigh currently resides in Cary, N.C. with his wife, Carla, and two children, Ethan and Abigail.
