He is particularly noted for his work in digitizing commercial insurance products, having architected an industry-first 100% digital AI commercial underwriting engine, and has collaborated closely with data scientists and engineers to modernize insurance underwriting. Currently, Pete serves as CUO at Hadron, a newly formed global specialty underwriting carrier, using data and technology to improve risk transfer in the delegated authority space for reinsurers and MGAs.
