Before joining Marsh in 2018, Queena held various risk control and transformation roles in the banking industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business, with honors, from Rutgers University and recently completed her Master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Strategy at Columbia University. By combining her academic insights with extensive industry experience, Queena develops and implements comprehensive captive solutions and services that empower both clients and colleagues.
