As Innovation Design Director at AFICS, Inc. (AmFam Group), Ryann is responsible for evolving the insurer’s ability to offer support and encourage resilience in the face of loss. Fueled by strategic foresight, her teams design next-generation (10+ year) consumer experiences that inform start/stop/continue strategic roadmaps for today. This work leverages both Ryann’s pedigree and her passion: she is an expert designer with over 20 years’ experience achieving design-driven results, and she firmly believes insurance should function better for people in the future than it does today. Additional experience of note includes the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and the Futures School.
