Tracy is the Chief People Officer at Hippo, where she leads enterprise-wide people and talent strategy with a deeply human, business-driven lens. Known for blending analytical rigor with high emotional intelligence, Tracy designs data-informed people strategies that strengthen culture, accelerate performance, and support sustainable growth. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a people and organizational development leader, building and scaling high-performing teams across technology, healthcare, insurance, and service-based industries. Prior to Hippo, Tracy held senior HR leadership roles at companies including Wheel and Bungalow, where she partnered closely with executives on talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Tracy holds a B.S. in Statistics and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and is recognized for translating complex data into clear, actionable people insights that help organizations thrive. Outside of work, Tracy can usually be found on a golf course, in a yoga studio, or advocating for pug rescue, a combination that reflects her love of focus, movement, and purposeful impact.
